Installer Training and Certification

Welcome to Lagotek eLearning. Here you can sign up, train and become a certified installer.
Please read the complete eLearning instructions for a full explanation of the eLearning process.
Remember: individuals are certified as Lagotek Installers. Lagotek dealers must agree to have a Lagotek certified installer assigned to each Lagotek installation.
HOW DO I BECOME A CERTIFIED LAGOTEK INSTALLER?
- Sign Dealer Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, New Account Application and send scanned copies to sales@lagotek.com or fax it to 425.458.3913, attention to Jenni Ristvet.
- Complete the Schedule J questionnaire and send it to support@lagotek.com.
- Order Lagotek Demo Case or Showroom Equipment by sending a request to sales@lagotek.com.
- Complete Lagotek eLearning Course:
- Watch eLearning videos and complete the quizzes;
- Configure Demo Case/Showroom equipment and send the configuration to support@lagotek.com;
- Pass the written examination.
When all four sections have been satisfactory completed, the installer candidate will be certified as a Lagotek Installer.
